When you fill out the free-week trial form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your preferred location (Bronx or New Rochelle)
We also collect basic site analytics (pages visited, referrer, approximate location) via standard web tools.
How we use it
- To contact you about your free-week trial via phone, email, and SMS
- To follow up about ongoing membership after your trial
- To send occasional marketing emails about events, promotions, and school news
- To improve the site and our services
Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers that help us operate:
- AWeber (email marketing provider) to deliver email and store your subscription
- Our SMS provider, when configured, to send trial reminders and follow-ups
- Our web hosting and analytics providers (Vercel, Google Analytics, Meta) for site operation and ad measurement
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for third-party marketing.
How to opt out
- Email: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email
- SMS: reply STOP to any text message from us
- Phone calls: tell the caller you do not wish to be contacted again
- Delete my information: email info@junglegymnewroc.com and we'll remove your record within 30 days
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@junglegymnewroc.com with your request.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you are a student, prospect, or subscriber. If you opt out or request deletion, we remove your record within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. If you are enrolling a child in our Kids program, a parent or guardian must submit the form on their behalf.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
